Root Chakra

The root chakra is the first chakra in the main chakra system. Your root chakra is the grounding anchor of your consciousness. This part of your consciousness develops itself during the first seven years of your life. The subconscious years of early childhood.

The grounding energy of the root chakra is nurtured by your connection to the Earth. Your root chakra energy is responsible for overseeing your survival and basic needs such as shelter, rest and sustenance.

Emotionally, the root chakra has to do with feeling safe and grounded. From this foundation we build our lives. This is why the root chakra is a very important energy centre. If your root chakra is not in alignment, the fundament of your life isn’t stable.

Materially, the root energy centre oversees your activities to acquire, secure and satisfy your survival needs. Such as good home, a steady financial situation, having enough to eat and drink etc.

Your root chakra is located at the base of the spine, between the perineum and pelvic bone. The Sanskrit name of this chakra is Muladhara, or root (mula) and foundation (adhara).

Buddhi

Buddhi means intellect, the ‘instrument’ of your soul. This test measures the state of your intellect in combination with the energy balance of your chakras. For now only the chakra results are shown. We’re currently fine-tuning the intellect feature.
